Insurance: I submit to all insurance as an “out-of-network provider”. You pay the full session fee at the time of service. I will electronically submit your claim and your insurance provider may apply the payment to your deductible or partially reimburse you depending on your plan. Many insurance plans do not reimburse providers outside their network. Please contact your provider before we meet if you would like me to submit claims on your behalf.
