Welcome to The Stress Transformation Solution (STS)

a proven three-step system designed to help you break free from stress, overwhelm, and imbalance.

In this program, you will harness the power of your subconscious mind to balance your stress and optimize your health.

What is the STS Program? It is an online, self-paced program built around evidence-based interventions and over 20 years of clinical practice. It is hosted on the SKOOL platform. This curriculum is designed to guide you through seven modules, each focusing on a different aspect of wellness. We start by introducing you to the process and the fundamentals that will support your ability to balance your stress and optimize your health so you will feel confident in your work and relationships without the need for sacrificing family time, relying on medication, or struggling through challenges alone. Wellness is a holistic integration of physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. It's an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.

What is included in the STS Program?

  • Customized Assessment. The program begins with an assessment, which allows you to customize your plan to maximize the effectiveness of your outcomes.

  • Videos. Each module includes between 3 and 5 short videos (2-15 minutes) that introduce key stress management concepts. The videos are designed to prime your conscious mind and access the power of your subconscious mind to make lasting lifestyle changes.

  • HYPMIND recordings. You will have access to all AYNI HYPMIND and specialized HYPMIND recordings (about 20 minutes long) that utilize guided mindfulness meditation and hypnotherapy. This allows you to get effective results with a manageable investment of time.

  • Call to Action. Each module includes simple, concrete action items tailored to your unique needs.

  • Digital Resources. You will have access to digital resources such as handouts and journal prompts to guide your progress and support you through the journey.

  • Online Community. You will have access to a weekly group coaching call and an online SKOOL community to answer any questions you may have and provide support and accountability.
